Antibody production
Isconova adjuvants are well-recognised for inducing strong activation of both the cell-mediated (Th1 response) and the humoral (Th2 response) arms of the immune system. This key property gives rise to a strong immune response with a broad range and a higher concentration of antibody variants.
Immunology research
Examples of successful experimental iscom technology-based vaccine formulations abound in the literature. To date, over 450 publications describe their immunopotentiating properties in terms of antibody responses, cellular responses, cytokine and chemokine production, and protection against infection.
