AbISCO® adjuvants – Isconova’s Matrix adjuvants available as research reagents
In addition to the use of Isconova adjuvants in human and veterinary vaccines, the adjuvants can also be used in a number of other commercially interesting uses, for example in different phases of research and development. AbISCO® research reagent was launched September 2004 and since then the sales have increased each year.
The AbISCO® adjuvants are Isconova’s research reagents suitable for experimental studies on e.g. humoral and cell mediated immune responses.
AbISCO® can be utilized for e.g. antiserum production, monoclonal antibody production and efficacy studies. AbISCO® is available as two different products, AbISCO®-100 and AbISCO®-300, possessing similar adjuvant properties, however optimized for different animal species.
AbISCO®-100 is suitable for use in saponin sensitive animal species such as mice while AbISCO®-300 can be used in animals that tolerate saponins to a higher degree.
