Isconova has a product platform that includes adjuvants with good characteristics for both human and veterinary vaccines. The latest generation of Isconovas adjuvant products is Matrix-M™, which has potential to improve a large number of vaccines for humans and animals. Matrix-M™ improves the chances for a good immune reaction and a longer duration with a good safety profile. In 2009 a phase I avian flu study with Matrix-M™ was performed. The study fulfilled all predefined criteria with no serious adverse events.
