Adjuvants for both veterinary and human vaccines
Adjuvants are substances in vaccines that give an improved immune reaction with longer duration. Isconova has since 2004 supplied adjuvants to the veterinary vaccine market and currently there are five marketed vaccines using Isconovas technology platform. Since 2009 Isconova entered the development of human vaccines and the ambition is to increase the presence in this area.

Isconova is headquartered in Uppsala in the heart of Sweden’s largest biotechnology cluster. Isconova maintains an excellent relationship with local universities and cooperates actively on research programs and development projects. The research laboratories are located side-by-side with the production area which guarantees an efficient technology transfer to the finished product.
